With Colissimo Pickup Point, you have several pickup options to choose from to collect your parcel:
– At the Post Office, you can choose the establishment where you wish to have your parcel delivered (without requiring a prior home delivery attempt) from among the 10,000 post offices available throughout mainland France.
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered within an estimated 48 hours, and you will be informed of its availability by email. You can then collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.

– At a Pickup relay point, you can choose one of the 7,500 local merchants in the Pickup network, near your home, workplace, or holiday location, where you wish to have your parcel delivered.
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered within an estimated 48 hours, and you will be informed of its availability by email. You can then collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us.

– the Pickup Station Locker, a simple and convenient solution for collecting your parcels:
Order online and choose delivery to the Pickup Station locker located on your daily route. If it is not offered as a primary choice, you will need to enter the address of a post office or train station for it to appear.
Receive your collection codes by email and SMS
Go to the Pickup Station locker and enter your codes on the screen.
In less than 15 seconds, the locker door opens, and you can retrieve your parcel.
COLISSIMO HOME DELIVERY
(with signature from €8)
Once the parcel has been prepared by us, it will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours and handed over requiring a signature. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left for you, allowing you to choose a new delivery date online within 6 working days or collect your parcel from 3 PM the next day at the post office of your choice.
If you do not make a choice, you can then collect your parcel from your designated post office within 15 days.

Parcel processing times:
For orders placed before 1 PM from Monday to Friday, your parcel will be processed the same day.
For orders placed after 1 PM from Monday to Friday, your parcel will be processed the next day (working days only)
For orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, your parcel will be processed on Monday.
