Crew Line is committed to providing its customers with the best possible quality.
- The Customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange (or refund) of the item(s).
- No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization from Crew Line.
- No exchanges will be made on custom orders.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and with the receipt.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but reshipping is at Crew Line’s expense.
- Crew Line is not responsible for returns lost by the Customer’s carrier.
- Cash on delivery returns will not be accepted.
- No returns will be accepted more than 15 days after the original date.
- Crew Line is committed to exchanging or refunding items provided they are in perfect condition.
- Goods returned in poor condition will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will proceed to refund the initial amount of your order, excluding promotional items, on a credit note basis, excluding shipping costs, in order to avoid any abuse.
